Courts have encouraged the use of surveillance to expose fraudulent claims against insurance companies, esspecisally those involving fraudulent or exaggerated personal injury, disability, or worker's compensation claims.

Confidential Investigative Services is headed up by Mike C. Galbreath, a vetran in the security, investigative and protection industry.
Through training with the U. S. Government in covert operations and the San Diego Police Department, he implemented programs for Host International, Marriott and several other large and small chain operations throughtout the United States and Mexico.
